Mercy me. This thing really goes. I was a little confused about how to put it together, but I figured it out. It's pretty brawny once it gets going. I'm not sure it would be super comfortable for someone on the bigger side, so maybe check dimensions out carefully, if that applies to you. I was under the impression that it was completely open at both ends, but this is not true. The "sleeve" is closed at the far end, so while you can see and touch it through the top of the machine (which is the "open" part), it's not an open-ended experience, so there are length limitations, in theory, unless you want to hold the thing a ways out from your body and not be "all up in it". It's still easy enough to clean, though, because the sleeve is not that deep. But again, this is where the length limitation would come in. I discovered that it's easy enough to get between the frame and the sleeve, if you're not paying attention, instead of through the...bullseye. This is mainly because the sleeve is not super tight in the holder, since you have to be able to squeeze the whole sleeve in through the holder to clean it, etc. Plus lube and all that, your third eye could definitely get...mixed up...since it's probably not used to having to see that well. But this "misalignment" could be uncomfortable at best and disfiguring at worst, if you're not careful, so be mindful of this, as well, unless you're looking to do a first or second circumcision at home.
